You Think You're Ready?

One effective way to stay motivated and to develop a solid training plan is to have a coach to hold you accountable for your workouts. Olympic Medalists, top pro triathletes all have coaches who know when to go hard and when to back it off.

Is it just a coincidence that they all have coaches? Of course not, triathletes need guidance, support, and direction. Why should age group triathletes be any different?

The "core" is your body's trunk - abs, lower back and sides. Your core helps control movements, transfer of energy and help your body move in any direction.

With a strong core, you'll have a strong race. Without it, you'll risk injury, poor results and poor form.
